SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
HÔTEL D’AROMA currently ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally, including to Europe or Latin America at this time.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of our supported shipping regions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or service disruptions.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship orders using third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, service availability, and order size.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to reflect accurate delivery status.
SHIPPING DELAYS
HÔTEL D’AROMA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
HÔTEL D’AROMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
HÔTEL D’AROMA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the issue has been resolved.
